If you fry it, I will try it. Yes, my love for fried food knows no bounds.
I had the lunch set, which consisted of five pieces of Korean-style fried chicken, fries, and picked radish. I got one drumlet and four mid-wings, and while they looked quite small, five pieces added up to a fairly filling meal. More importantly, they were seasoned and fried to perfection. The fries and pickled radish were also great!
Edwin had the teriyaki chicken with rice. It was served with egg and seaweed, and lovingly drizzled with mayonnaise. Also incredibly tasty!
Since there was a lot of fried stuff going on, I added a salad to make myself feel better. The “salad” turned out to be more of a coleslaw drenched in thousand island dressing. It was too much, and we didn’t finish it.
Iced genmaicha, because it’s finally warm and sunny!
We dined here over the Easter long weekend. We arrived at maybe 12.15pm, and were seated immediately. By the time we finished our lunch, it was closer to 1pm, and there was a long queue outside!
I definitely want to come back to get my fried chicken fix, and try the other dishes on the menu too! Honey soya chicken sounds promising…
